Things to know when dining out in America

• If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, you must tell your server prior to ordering. Most restaurants are able to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions.
• If you would like to order a food item but would like to hold a certain ingredient that comes with it or vice versa, you would like to add an ingredient to it, tell your server when they take your order. 
• If you enjoy a meal at a restaurant, it is common cultural courtesy to tip 15-20% of your bill in gratuity for your server depending on moderate to great service.
